The Gateway Review Process is tied to the key decision points (referred to as Gates) of a project’s lifecycle. The Australian Government’s implementation of Gateway closely models the United Kingdom’s (UK) application of the process; however, there has been some alteration of the content focus of each Gate to accommodate the Australian Government working environment, policy and processes.
